Pick up from Paphos airport and transport to Riverside villas – 40 minute drive. Lunch at Riverside followed by a Cycle to Lachi for a swim or relaxing walk on beach or a glass of wine at one of the many beach side bars/restaurants. Return to Riverside in the late afternoon – relax by the pool followed by dinner and early evening. |

Wed 1 May |
Healthy breakfast followed by a 4 hour guided hike in Akamas National Forest Park/Paphos Forest (see possible hikes in Activities section) Yoga/Stretches by pool at Riverside; Relax by pool Dinner @ a traditional Cypriot restaurant |

Thurs 2 May |
Morning yoga by pool followed by healthy breakfast Cycle to beach via town of Polis. Browse around town for an hour and onto beach. Guided swim before lunch. Lunch in Lachi and some time to explore Lachi. Afternoon: Choice of Paddleboarding/kayaking excursion after lunch and then Cycle back to Riverside in the afternoon and relax at the pool. Cycle to the beach is about 40 minutes and is off road and predominately flat terrain Dinner |

Friday 3 May |
Healthy breakfast followed by a 4 hour hike in Akamas National Forest Park/Paphos Forest (see possible hikes in Activities section) Yoga/Stretches by pool at Riverside; Relax by pool *wine tasting event before dinner (Cypriot versus new world wines) |

Sat 4 May* |
Morning yoga by pool followed by healthy breakfast Free Day for watersport of your choice. *The event on this afternoon are not included in the overall costs Choice of Boat trip to the Blue Lagoon/kayaking/Paddleboarding. These event will be organised for you by Riverside Villas. 24 hours notice must be given Dinner at Riverside |

Sunday 5 May |
Healthy breakfast followed by a 4 hour guided walk in Akamas National Forest Park/Paphos Forest (see possible hikes in Activities section) Yoga/Stretches by pool at Riverside; Relax by pool Dinner at a beachside restaurant where we can watch a Med sunset. |

Monday 6 May |
Yoga by pool followed by healthy breakfast Last chance for a swim in the pool, pack your cases and depart for Paphos airport |
